A 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom ocean front duplex with a pool. Dual master bedrooms with private decks. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Gigabit internet with smart TV’s in every bedroom so you can easily connect to your favorite streaming services. All bedrooms (Minus the bunk bed) have an overhead fan to cool you off on those hot summer nights. New carpet throughout upstairs and all bedrooms.

The large kitchen has plenty of space for you to cook meals for your family during your stay. Fully equipped with all the necessities and appliances you could want. (crockpot, blender, toaster, microwave, spices, hand mixer) There is also a beverages fridge and ice maker for your convenience. Coffee grinder and single serve/large pot are both provided.

Brand new washer and dryer. Indoor games for you and your family to enjoy, as well as a large dining table to visit with your company.

Covered parking spaces; enough for 6 vehicles. Enjoy your morning coffee, or evening cocktail on the private, covered gazebo just steps away from the sand. Watch the best sunsets around without having to leave your own space. Outdoor, enclosed shower to make it easy to rinse off all the sand. Gated pool for the use of you and your guests. (Will possibly be shared with guests in the other side of the duplex.)

Location is key when heading to the beach with your family. We are within walking distance to Sunset Slush (a MUST visit), plenty of restaurants, arcades, local ice cream shops, shopping, OIB Park/Splashpad, a coffee and wine shop, as well as the pier!
