Great location to everything in Ocean Isle Beach (OIB) you want. A 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom classic shotgun style cottage. One side with a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, connected by a bathroom in the middle. The other side features a queen bedroom, 2 sets of twin bunk beds, with a bathroom in the hall between the two. All 4 bedrooms have flat screen tvs and fans. New floors throughout entire home. Pack and Play and toddler blow up mattress provided for your convenience. Each bathroom is provided with hand soap, individually wrapped bar of soap in the showers, and a hair dryer.

The center of the home has an open kitchen, dining, and living space. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential needs for your stay, as well as all the appliances you could want. (crockpot, blender, toaster, microwave, spices, tea pot, hand mixer, and griddle for those morning pancakes) There is a coffee bar/wine bar, stocked full of glasses, as well as a coffee grinder and carafe. Keurig K-Duo provides you with the option to make single coffee cup or full pot.

The front porch has 4 rocking chairs for your morning coffee and quiet book time. The back porch has all weather lifeguard chairs for you to sit and enjoy the view, as well as outdoor seating for your meals. There is a gate at the top of the back steps to prevent those little ones from taking off without you. Down below you will find plenty of parking space, a large outdoor dining table under cover, as well as some more relaxing furniture for your enjoyment.

Indoor games and puzzles, as well as some outdoor games are provided. A kayak, paddle board, and life jackets are there for you to enjoy in the canal, as well as beach chairs, and toys for you to take to the beach. Soft cooler bag for your use can be found in the guest bedroom closet. Outdoor shower (not currently enclosed, but will be in the future) is available to rinse off all the sand from a fun filled day at the beach. There are plenty of hooks to hang towels and wet bathing suits on when you come back for the day.

Location is key when heading to the beach with your family. Enjoy the waterfront canal, all while being only a couple of blocks from public beach access. We are within walking distance to Sunset Slush (a MUST visit), plenty of restaurants, arcades, local ice cream shops, shopping, OIB Park/Splashpad, a coffee and wine shop, as well as the pier!
